Zalci(パッケージ名: com.yama.roughsnap、以下「本アプリ」)は、マルチタッチ操作によるラフスケッチ作成アプリです。本アプリは広告・アクセス解析・クラッシュレポート収集ツールを一切使用しておらず、お客様が作成したデータをアプリ提供者のサーバーへ送信することはありません。データはすべてお客様の端末内に保存されます。
本アプリは以下の情報を取得しません。取得に必要な権限も宣言していません。
以下の情報は、すべてお客様の端末内(アプリ専用の保存領域)にのみ保存され、外部へ送信されることはありません。
本アプリはAndroidの標準的な自動バックアップ機能に対応しています。端末の設定でバックアップが有効になっている場合、上記の端末内データ(スケッチのデータ・設定・購入状態を含む)は、お客様ご自身のGoogleアカウントに関連付けられたバックアップ領域へ保存されることがあります。この処理はAndroid OSによって行われ、本アプリの提供者がその内容を閲覧することはできません。バックアップを無効にしたい場合は、端末の設定からアプリごとのバックアップ設定を変更してください。
Pro版の購入には、Google Play Billing(Google社が提供する決済の仕組み)を使用しています。購入手続き自体はGoogle Playアプリが行い、本アプリの提供者はお客様のお名前・メールアドレス・お支払い情報を取得することはできません。本アプリが保存するのは「Pro版を購入済みかどうか」という情報のみです。
なお、Google Play Billingライブラリは内部的にGoogleの通信基盤を利用する場合がありますが、これはGoogle社が提供するSDKの内部動作であり、本アプリの提供者がこれを制御したり、内容を閲覧したりすることはありません。
本アプリには、作成したスケッチをPNG・SVG形式で保存したり、他のアプリと共有したりする機能があります。これらはすべてお客様が明示的に操作した場合にのみ動作し、本アプリが自動的にデータを外部へ送信することはありません。

下敷き画像の選択には、Androidの標準的な写真選択機能を使用しており、本アプリが写真ライブラリ全体にアクセスする権限は必要ありません。
本アプリは特定の年齢層を対象としたものではなく、13歳未満のお子様から意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。

Zalci (package name: com.yama.roughsnap, "the App") is a rough-sketching app built around multi-touch gestures. The App does not use advertising, analytics, or crash-reporting SDKs, and does not send the sketches you create to any server operated by the developer. All of your data is stored locally on your device.

The App supports Android's standard automatic backup. If backup is enabled on your device, the on-device data described above (including your sketches, settings, and purchase status) may be saved to backup storage associated with your own Google account. This is performed by the Android OS; the developer of the App cannot access its contents. You can change per-app backup behavior in your device settings.
Purchasing the Pro upgrade uses Google Play Billing. The purchase transaction itself is handled by the Google Play app; the developer never receives your name, email address, or payment details. The only thing the App stores is whether you have purchased Pro.
The Play Billing library may internally use Google's own data-transport infrastructure as part of its SDK behavior. This is Google's implementation detail; the developer does not control or have visibility into it.
The App can export your sketches as PNG or SVG files, or share them with other apps. These actions only occur when you explicitly choose to perform them — the App never sends your data anywhere on its own.

Selecting an underlay image uses Android's standard photo picker, so the App does not need permission to access your entire photo library.
